Welcome to Pet Maison (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of all the services offered by our company (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately. Your continued use of our Services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Services Offered:
Pet Maison provides pet care services, including daycare, overnight boarding, grooming, training, and other services as described on our website. Our Services are available to all pets that meet our health and behavior requirements.
By utilizing the services provided by Pet Maison, the pet owner acknowledge and agree that we have the right to utilize and media, including pictures, videos ,etc. taken during the duration of the service, for promotional purposes on our social media and website.
Payment Terms:
Customers are required to make payment in advance for all Services. Payment can be made by credit card, cash, or other methods as specified on our website. We reserve the right to change our payment terms at any time and will notify customers of any changes in a timely manner. Late payment fees may apply.
Liability:
Pet Maison is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that may occur to pets while in our care. We strongly recommend that customers provide proof of insurance coverage for their pets. In the event of any loss or damage or injuries or illness to a pet while in our care, we will make every effort to contact the pet's owner. However, we are not liable for any damages, in addition If the owner of a pet, who has utilized our services such as boarding, fails to retrieve their pet within the designated pickup period, Pet Maison will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner using the provided contact information. In the event that no response is received or contact cannot be established within a period of 7 consecutive days, Pet Maison reserves the right to initiate the process of placing the pet for adoption. All Pets ( Dogs and Cats) must be neutered / spayed and Pet Maison will not be held responsible for any pregnancy happens while pets are socializing .
Health and Vaccinations:
All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and in good health as per the general guidelines in UAE and other local associations. Vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to arrival under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. However, we prefer vaccinations be administered 10-14 days before check-in to ensure maximum efficiency. Customers must provide proof of vaccinations before the time of drop-off through filling the registration form online. Any pet displaying signs of illness or disease will not be accepted for boarding, day care or grooming services.
Fleas & Ticks ( Canine & Feline) In addition to vaccinations below, all pets should be flea and tick free. Overnight and Day care guests with signs of fleas and/or ticks will not be permitted to check-in at Pet Maison. any pet in the boarding services with signs of fleas and/or Ticks after 24 hours from the check-in Pet Maison will immediately isolate the pet and apply medications, the owner will be informed immediately and extra charges will be applied depending on the case severity.
Kennel vaccination requirements :
DHPPi+L (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza & Leptospirosis) yearly vaccine required.
Rabies yearly vaccine required.
Flea, tick and deworming (mandatory). either a proof of treatment has been done in the last month, or extra AED100 will be charged at check-in to administer the treatment.
Kennel cough vaccine required.
Feline vaccination requirements :
FVRCP/PCH (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus & Panleukopenia) (for cats) yearly vaccine required.
Rabies yearly vaccine required.
Behavior Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet displaying aggressive or destructive behavior. Pets must be trained and well-behaved. If a pet causes damage to our facilities, the owner will be responsible for paying for the repairs.
Emergencies:
In the event of a pet emergency, we will make every effort to contact the pet's owner. If the owner cannot be reached, we will contact the Emergency contact mentioned in the Registration Form; in case we are unable to reach either the owner or the Emergency contact, we will take the pet to a nearby veterinary clinic. Customers are responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred during the pet's stay with us.

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by laws and regulations of UAE , Abu Dhabi.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties may resort to arbitration.
Additional Requirements:
All Pet Maison guests must be at least 4 months of age to be admitted for service. At the discretion of Pet Maison, some pets may not be permitted.
To keep your pet’s tummy happy, we recommend you bring their own food, which we will feed free of charge. If you'd like us to feed them our preferred brand of in-house food ( AED 10) per day applied.
Required Form
To better serve our guests, we request pet parents complete the registration and agreement form before their pet’s visit. Download, print, and fill out the required form before you arrive or otherwise fill the form online.
